ORDER PICK-UP:

》Free local porch pick-up in Meadowbrook, Airdrie. You will receive the address once your order is confirmed.

》Please reach out to us if you need delivery within City of Airdrie limits.

》If you are in Calgary, Cochrane, Crossfield-Olds, please reach out to us. We may have a way to get you your purchased items or consignment pick-up!

PAYMENT:

》E-transfer total amount within 30 minutes of placing the order to wildroseconsignment@gmail.com.

》Most major credit cards are accepted.

SHIPPING:

》$14 tracked Alberta ONLY shipping available.

》$18 tracked CDN shipping available.

》Send us a message if you would like $5 untracked shipping on sports bras or tanks (1 item per $5 untracked shipping).

I'm interested in consigning! Where do I begin?

Read through our consignment terms page/tab, then fill out our consignment contract to begin the process. Once we have received your contract, we will be in touch via email to arrange a pick-up/drop-off date and time.

What is your refund policy?

Due to the nature of our consignment business, all sales are final.

What do I do if my Lululemon item does not come with cup inserts?

This is a common occurrence with re-loved Lululemon. You can contact Lululemon on their website or social media - they will send you a pair for free! Alternatively, visit a Lululemon store to ask for a pair.
